Rudy Giuliani has opted not to run in the upcoming Senate and gubernatorial races means that he’s gotta be aiming for the presidency. It’s unnofficial - just pieced together by circumstancial evidence - but it worked in predicting Hillary’s run just fine. She made no move for the 2004 election and while denying that she’d try to oust Kerry’s 2004 spot she was eerily silent regarding 2008.
Giuliani seems to have a good chance too. He’s the most desirable GOP candidate according to the latest Marist College poll. 24% would vote for Giuliani compared to 20% for John McCain and 10% for Jeb Bush.

My first choice would be for Condi Rice. She is quite accomplished, and the Republicans would continue to steal the Democrats thunder by nominating not only a woman, but an African American, no less. So much for the Democrats presumed monopoly on minorities. I have been saying this for the last two years, and now Dick Morris is appearing on every show he can making the exact same analysis. I would also support Cheney, with Condi as Vice-President. This is almost just as good. Hillary’s experience is nothing compared to Cheney’s. Nice site. i will add it to my weblog.

I think it would be a really interesting election if it were two women up against each other (Hillary and Condi). We’ll see if Condi decides to go for it though, so far she doesn’t seem to be making any public moves.
